of Experiential Learning
It aims to train professionals in the detection of needs, facilitation of learning processes and formulation of action plans.

Who is it for?
It is especially designed for those who manage staff, coaches, consultants, facilitators, or those dedicated to talent development, process improvement, or information flow in organizations.
The main objective of this course is to provide instruction in the concepts of the Experiential Learning Methodology, which professionals will then be able to use to develop the broadest possible applications to generate diverse learning opportunities and aim for the continuous improvement of human resources, processes, and information flow.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
El Aprendizaje Experiencial, como propuesta pedagógica, busca desarrollar el conocimiento a través de las experiencias de las personas.
Metodología propuesta:

Considera la experiencia concreta (actual y deseada).

Identifica un problema, producto de esa experiencia.

Realiza secuencia de preguntas

Revisa los datos disponibles y busca soluciones viables al problema raíz.

Formula una hipótesis de solución procesal, y genera compromisos de cambio.

Comprueba la hipótesis mediante la acción.
En este sentido, se busca generar espacios donde propiciar la vivencia de experiencias por parte del participante, para generar sensaciones y emociones, con las cuales poder trabajar.
Una vez generado el espacio (en un ambiente controlado), la metodología nos invita a identificar un problema, para buscar una solución que aspire a solucionar el problema concreto, así como, los otros problemas a los que se pueda hacer relación.

DIRECTORS
Carlos and Lucía are human development consultants and facilitators with extensive experience in multicultural team management, conflict management, and team behavior. Their experience includes organizational culture change plans, support for addressing uncertainty and grief in organizations, and more.
With their facilitation and intervention style, they bring team members together, generating in-depth reflections to achieve lasting attitudinal changes in people that will be reflected in team performance.
