Our consulting consists of three stages:
Diagnosis of the current situation. We conduct interviews and plant visits to reliably identify problems, involving all possible stakeholders and leading to the development of an action plan.
Development of an Action Plan. We select the methodologies that best fit the needs of your industry. We apply Lean tools, 6 Sigma for process improvement, and Kaizen training for continuous improvement. This stage concludes with the implementation of the action plan.
Monitoring and optimization. We continually reevaluate and improve with new Kaizen training. We conclude this stage with a work culture oriented toward improvement, thus ensuring sustained development.
