Service Description
We train facilitators in various topics to become Agents of Change who achieve a high impact by working with people in their environments.
We will use Experiential Learning (EL) as a practical methodology that involves challenge, action, and fun. EL reinforces concepts, encourages reflection, and internalizes significant learning in a rapid, effective, and experiential way to achieve lasting change. EL is an innovative strategy for strengthening groups through experiential experiences.
